Drawing

Drawing is one of those fundamental skills that benefits from regular practice. It helps to develop and fine tune your observational skills and can also be a relaxing pastime in its own right.

Learn to Draw

…taking the elements of drawing to its basic form in order to develop hand/eye co-ordination and control over the pencil, pen or brush

…simplifying and combining shapes to create a drawing, using construction lines and other aids to help you see angles and develop spatial awareness

…understand how to make drawings look 3D by adding tone and practice different mark-making techniques to add texture

…develop a ‘sketchy’ shorthand of mark making to make drawing relaxing and enjoyable
