The focus will be on the local landscape, capturing scenes in sketchboiks or as fuller paintings, working either en plein air (outside if the weather permits) or in the gorgeous purpose built studio that will be at our disposal for the whole week.

You’ll learn about composition, extend your colour knowledge and improve your observational skills while playing and experimenting with new ideas and techniques.

It’s the usual 4 nights accommodation, all rooms ensuite with a combination of single, twin and double rooms available. It’ll be fully catered with a buffet style breakfast and lunch, and a two course evening meal with wine. you’ll have 3 full days tuition with me on hand to help and support you…and of course you’ll also have time to relax and enjoy our beautiful surroundings.

Prices are £580pp for a single room, £480pp when sharing a twin and if a non-painting partner or friend wishes to join you, they pay £380. Places do go quite quickly so please let me know if you’re interested or wish to book a place. Places can be secured with a £100 deposit.
